HEELS

Feel good class with simple, sassy, confidence boosting choreography in a mix of genres: jazz/hiphop/theater!  

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, no dance experience necessary.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle. Heels recommended but not required. 

BALLET

Improve your coordination, balance, and muscle tone in this class open to all levels (no experience necessary). 

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, no dance experience necessary.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle. Ballet slipper recommended but not required, can dance in sock or barefoot. 

TAP

Tap is a great stress reliever and so satisfying when learning new steps and combinations! It also proves to be a great workout!

LEVELS:

We offer a Beginner friendly, (“no experience”) class, an intermediate class (“w/ experience”), AND our advanced/invitation only ADULT TEAM level class. 

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, tap shoe.

JAZZ/HIPHOP/street jazz

A mix of jazz and hip hop choreography and fundamentals. This class will have you MOVING! Sassy & sexy choreo! Think backup dancers, Instagram, music videos, etc…

LEVELS:

We offer beginner friendly/no dance experience necessary classes AND our advanced/invitation only ADULT TEAM level class. 

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, dance shoe that could be a clean sneaker.

BARRE ABOVE®

a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you’ve seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do! This class delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape!

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, class intensity is at your pace/design.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, towel, barefoot/sock (like a yoga class).

 

PILATES/STRENGTH

focuses on improving the strength of the entire body, with a focus on the core, using Pilates and traditional strength training movements.

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, class intensity is at your pace/design.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, towel, barefoot/sock (like a yoga class).

CYCLING

STAGES Cycling is the ultimate Indoor cycling class, set to motivating music with certified cycling instructors, on our Stages SC3 bikes. This low-impact class is a cardiovascular challenge that will tone your legs & core. The music will take you on hills and mountain climbs, as well as through speed and power training. 

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, class intensity is at your pace/design.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, towel, sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips.

ZUMBA

you know what it is! But our Zumba! is the best because it is lead by the best: Jess Perry!

LEVELS:

Beginner friendly, class intensity is at your pace/design.

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, clean sneaker.

Circus Arts/Aerial Arts

NEW!!! This class will start with the absolute basics, emphasis on safety and strength to then grow to more impressive skills!

Please be advised that Hoop/Silks are uncomfortable, strength and tolerance will build over time.

LEVELS:

Beginner/No experience

BRING/WEAR:

Tight fitting clothes, barefoot, hair secured.

lyrical

easily explained by a mix of ballet and jazz choreography, expressive… 

LEVELS:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, dance shoe that could be a ballet slipper or jazz shoe, possibly sock (caution- slippery!)

HIP HOP

Upbeat, fast moving!

Beginner friendly/no dance experience necessary!

BRING/WEAR:

Clothing you are comfortable to move in, water bottle, dance shoe that could be a clean sneaker.

Reach out to us about our Adult Team”:  This group is currently invitation only by instructor, for those that have some dance experience or have taken our adult classes learning footwork and choreography required to keep up with this faster paced class. Performance opportunities locally!
