TICKET INSTRUCTIONS
Hello Dance Families!
The Body Barre is excited to be teaming up with DRT Performance Tix this year for tickets to our upcoming performance of “Big June Show” on June 6th-7th, 2026.
Tickets can be purchased at this link:
https://33970.danceticketing.com
Things you need to know:
- For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop machine when purchasing tickets.
- Tickets are going to sell fast, so be ready to make your purchase when sales start on April 15, 2026
- If you are unsure which show(s) your dancer is in, use the Performer Lookup box at the top of the shows list to search for them.
- Bookmark your receipt when you are done, as that has a link to your tickets.
- Tickets can be printed or added to your Google Wallet for your convenience.
The DRT Platform is very easy, and you should have no problems making the purchase online to get the best possible seats. But, for any technical issues relating to purchasing tickets on the DRT platform, please give DRT Performance Tix a call at 706-550-1416. If you have any questions pertaining to you or your child’s involvement in the show that you cannot find on the PARENT INFO PAGE (https://thebodybarrestudio.com/information-for-the-big-show/) please contact us directly at thebodybarrestudio@gmail.com.
- Parents dropping dancers off: do NOT check in with your ticket until you are ready to enter the auditorium. Drop your dancer where they need to be, and then check in once you’re ready to enter and stay in the auditorium.
- You will enter the school and present either a printed ticket or ticket on your phone- if you have this you will enter the auditorium faster.
- If you do not have a copy of your ticket you can email the studio to send you one, or you can see the ticket check in table where you can give them your name to retrieve your “ticket” in lieu of a physical ticket.
- If you did NOT purchase a ticket, there is risk of SELLING OUT and not having tickets available at the door. See “ticket sales” table when you enter the building.

Due to high traffic in the dressing rooms, all changing must be done in the bathrooms or in the changing pods provided in the dressing rooms! Do not undress outside of bathroom/changing pods.
COSTUME INFO
We pride ourselves in choosing costumes for our show that average ~$60 and try to incorporate dance wear pieces that can be reworn for class or everyday. We let the performance speak for itself over putting the burden of expensive costumes (typically $100+ even 15 years ago!) or spending funds on stage decor/props that would be expenses passed through onto parents. Our show is simple but FUN and wonderful.
We have all tights and jazz/ballet/tap/turn shoes available for purchase at the studio in the retail section of the parent lounge!
See front desk or costume manager in parent lounge for assistance!
